Contribution Management and Work Plan

Contribution Management is a key management tool to help:

  • Ensuring that everyone’s key objectives support the effective delivery of our services to customers and service users.
  • Ensuring all employees are clear about the performance and behaviour expectations of the organisation in relation to their role both in terms of what objectives they are expected to meet and how they should work towards them.  
  • Regularly reviewing our performance over one period and agreeing how it can be improved over the next.
  • Regularly reviewing our behaviours to ensure they support our values and delivery of effective performance.
